Terms & Conditions

  • Data from the networks can be delayed between 4 and 72 hours
  • Bolt-ons can be added anytime in the month up until 23:59 on the penultimate day
  • One single bolt-on is allowed per SIM, per month and the maximum bolt-on size is 100GB
  • Tariff changes always take effect on the 1st of the month following notification
  • Out-of-bundle usage is charged at your agreed per MB rate
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to manage SIM’s usage and end-user expectations
  • Minimum term on all services is 30 days unless stated otherwise
  • Please note that SIMs on 30-day contracts will be billed for 30 calendar days from the date the cease is requested.
  • On contracts longer than 1 months, the SIM will be ceased 30 calendar days after the cease is requested, however the customer will be billed for the full remaining term of the contract.
